      Pros

      Fully remote. I didn’t have to reallocate in order to get a good job. I have time for my family and friends. No fixed hours at all. You do your work at your own pace and at your chosen time. Take breaks if you feel some blocker and come back afresh. Turing is a great work place. Anything and everything you bring to the table will be appreciated and cultivated. It is a great place if you wish to grow ahead in your career.

      I've found the focus on work-life balance and well-being extremely refreshing and freeing You're never overworked Never pushed to work beyond 40 hours in a week Turing's ears are always seeking the sound of talented folks!
