Pros

I work as a Turing Software Developer. I feel I have the best of both worlds. I am able to work for Turing in the heart of Silicon Valley, from the comfort of my home, with great pay and solid growth opportunities. I love the company's close-knit culture and the opportunity to work with talented people from diverse backgrounds. Turing is a great place for skilled software developers who want to take their career to the next level.

Cons

Certain process and practices are not established, as with the case in any startup that is evolving

Pros

I’m Vedad Babic from Bosnia and Herzegovina. I’m a Turing.com mobile developer. I have been working with Turing for somewhat 10 months. It has definitely been a great experience so far. So this is what the Turing remote work experience is like for me. - Has awesome remote work culture - I can work from home and spend time on my loved ones and myself - I don’t have to worry about travelling with lots of traffic. And I don’t have to - get annoyed with bad drivers anymore :D - The Turing hire process is very simple and easy to follow right from matching with a client to working with them

Cons

There isn't really anything I can think of.
