Start up. Lots of imaginary potential. Your work doesn't matter as long as you make sure management thinks they are doing a good job.

Cons

Managers and the HR person have zero clue what they are doing on the early shifts. If you join the morning shift just know you will be micro managed into oblivion.

Cons

Lots of favoritism. Childish employees who cry over working and supervisors coddle them. HR does not work for employees. They take management side in situations. I was threatened and it was ignored. Not appreciated at all.
