8yHi there. We appreciate your feedback. It’s always difficult to make personnel decisions. As you said, Turn5 is a growing company, and in order to remain successful and keep our entire team operating at the high level they are, we need to constantly assess all aspects of our organization.
Sometimes the reasons for decisions aren’t clear to everyone—and that’s a really tough part of making them! But we hope that our transparency in other matters and our team-focused culture has generated trust that we are doing what’s best for our entire group.
