      Pros

      Great company to work for. They have a clear vision of their goals and how they want the company to move forward. This company has so much potential to do even greater things.

      Cons

      While the company itself is moving forward, the employees are not. Not much room for growth in some departments. New tasks are absorbed by already swamped employees with almost no recognition or advancement. Departments are held to different standards. Some get away with murder, others are constantly walking on eggshells. Value every department, they all contribute and help to make the company what it is.

      Pros

      It is always scary switching jobs, but in this case, I am glad I made the move. This company is thriving. I am part of a team that is passionate, young and energetic. The owners are very entrepreneurial and open to feedback/new ideas. The executive team is very knowledgeable and excited about what they are doing. It makes coming to work so much fun.

      Cons

      Nothing yet. I came from a smaller company so I am not used to having so many co workers and it is hard to get to know everyone but as more time goes by, this is changing.

      nice atmosphere, good pay, not much room to advance to a different department

      management needs evaluation, the management team does not seem to bother with the well being of their reps
