* Intelligent co-workers * Ever expanding consumer base * Excellent work spaces designed to improve employee experience * Quality benefit package Employees can be wildly successful here, however, to make that happen you need to agile with a focus on results in the near-term and future.

Thank you for your feedback. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed those you work with and the perks of being a Turn5 employee. Difficult conversations take practice to handle well and frankly, many struggle with having them - in every company. Partnering with a good HR team member is key to navigate these areas. I am pleased to share with you that for 2019 we have revised the way bonuses are communicated and will continue to work on that to make the process as clear as possible. Thank you for identifying areas we can improve. In a fast-growth environment, there are often decisions made that impact other areas in order to move swiftly rather than perfectly. It is a part of our culture that we both embrace because it helps us to achieve remarkable growth and struggle with because we want to make sure we execute to high standards. Constant Change

Pros

Great work environment, amazing people and lifestyle. PTO is great, set my own ours, fun and young employees.

Cons

Pay is weak, rarely get raises, constant change. One day you are doing something this way, and the next day it completely changes.

Thank you for taking time to give feedback on our company. I am thrilled that you like the work environment, the people, PTO, flexibility, and overall atmosphere of fun we enjoy in our culture. It is unique and special and unlike any other workplace. For the areas you believe we can improve, you mentioned you think the pay is weak. I would like to better understand what you mean by that. You identified yourself on your post as a current employee. If you come see me, we can talk through the concerns you have with your compensation and see what options are available to make that experience more positive for you. Change is part of a growing company and not always easy to adapt and adjust to when it happens. We continue to optimize and try new ways to improve. We see it as a challenge but acknowledge that for some it may not be viewed the same way. I will share this feedback with our leadership team to see where there is opportunity to improve how frequently an employee is experiencing change.

Poor Management

Pros

Met life long friends... Decent benefits. If you are a very hard worker, there is chance for good bonuses.

Cons

Unsafe. Rude unskilled management. Sucking up is the only way to move up. Raises are unequal and unfair and barely existent. Food gets stolen from fridge. Dirty break room. Lazy employees. Bad shifts.
