Thanks for your feedback. We take pride in our culture and friendly work environment. So far this year, 4 of our interns converted into full-time positions with the company, so this experience you outlined is certainly not typical. Recently the company was preparing for our largest annual AmericanMuscle Mustang Car Show, which is extremely detailed, takes a lot of coordination of smaller tasks and teamwork to make successful. Some of the work associated could be considered boring but we appreciate all the effort from our interns and employees to make this day special. We do hope that in the future if there is an opportunity that interests you and matches your skills that you will consider reaching back out to us. Again, thank you for taking the time to post and help us become a better company.

Pros

advancement is somewhat there, corporate is great, CEO is great

Cons

other managers and supervisors are useless, for the most part. The tuning department went from close to 20 people to now 5 and dropping because management is a joke. Unprofessional. No training offered any more as nobody is there to do it. When asked for outside training was told it was definitely a great idea and would be looked into but then further emails just blatantly ignored. Told one thing in person but completely another in front of HR.

Hi there. I’m sorry for the tough time you went through. Staffing changes—especially losses—can be difficult for everyone, especially those on the affected team. Turnover is an issue in our industry, and we’re working to reverse that trend here at Turn5. You may have noticed some positive changes recently. We hired a Training & Development Lead with an automotive background to support our amazing and hard-working Customer Service Team. We’re also hiring fantastic new employees who can contribute to the group in a meaningful way and build their careers with us. We’re always focused on improving our contact center—it’s the face of our company for the passionate community we serve. So keep the ideas coming!

Pros

The owners are great guys, the pay is good, 4 days on, 3 off is nice

Cons

to start off the supervisors are horrible, they do not care about you at all. I have had multiple moments in dire need of help where no one would help me. Moments where individuals would talk about trips/vacation while I was on hold with a customer. Training was more of a party, making it seem like you were going to be happy but instead getting out on the floor was a huge slap in the face. Never have been so unhappy in a position before such as this one.

Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are so disappointed about your experience. We value hard work, professional development and team comradery. It sounds like these did not describe your time with us. As we grow, it’s harder to ensure that everyone feels challenged and fulfilled, and your insight is a great reminder of the importance of talking to each and every person. We wish you luck in the future.
