      Pros

      Friendly work environment consists of younger experienced and driven professionals. Overall there is a casual dress & atmosphere to make employees comfortable and thrive. This company values technology and works to give employees all of the tools needed to be efficient and effective. I know many success stories in advancement within the company for thriving professionals.

      Cons

      As in any company, communication among departments could be strengthened. Efforts are being made, which is necessary as the company continues to grow.

      Back to back, bonus too high to achieve, can’t change shifts, don’t employ enough people to handle how many callers. Pay is way too low to live off
