Pros

Pay is decent and there is a bonus for showing up every day on time.

Cons

No communication from management. Charlie talks a big game but walks around in a bubble not actually understanding what his employees do. They want robots who toe the company line, not employees who stand out. Standing out is only for corporate employees who work in PA. Expect them to say one thing but do another. I wish this was a joke, but it's not. If you work there 3 years or 5 years, on your anniversary there is a bonus available. However, you must shoot and make a 20 ft basket with a basketball. So loyalty, dedication, hard work does not earn you a longevity bonus. You actually have to shoot a basketball to get a bonus that you already earned. There is also a Christmas gift drawing. If you work everyday that you are supposed to during Peak season, which is right before christmas, you will get tickets which you can add to a raffle drawing for Christmas gifts. What no one says is that all of the presents they give away in the Christmas gift raffle were items that were accidentally delivered to the company and actually don't belong to them. So an item that was supposed to be delivered to another company was accidentally delivered by the delivery carrier FedEx or UPS to their dock. They don't forward it to the company to actually belongs to and they don't return it to the delivery company. They save it and then pretend generosity at Christmas by giving it away at the Christmas raffle. I also wish this were not true, but the items that were up for this year's Christmas raffle I saw with my own eyes get delivered to our dock with other companies names on the boxes. There is definitely a clique culture. If you are not related to someone, friends with someone, kissing up to someone, there is no chance of advancement.
