Pros

- Casual dress code - Flexible work schedule - Bonus plan is setup to reward high performing individuals. Managers are capped at 15% and individual contributors are capped at 10%. You get what you put in so as long as you hit your goals you will get that annual bonus payout. - Compensation is competitive for the area - Org structure is pretty flat which means there is high visibility to what you contribute - Management is generally open to allowing high performing individuals to new projects and/or added responsibilities which really is conducive to individual growth - Really talented and passionate colleagues who are super supportive to each other

Cons

- No company policy for remote work - Paternity/Maternity leave is basic - Management is very aggressive with goals which are set quarterly. This, at times, results in poor planning/scoping of projects which leads to problems during and after execution.

Pros

- The workplace is colorful and usually has music playing when you walk in - The work-life balance is good IF you have an understanding manager

Cons

- Things have gotten bad over the last several months. Massive layoffs and a lot of people are leaving - Poor morale - Lack of communication and then you get micromanaged - Previous benefits were gutted - No real opportunity for career advancement, but you'll get increased responsibilities when people leave - Things are only getting worse
