      Pros

      Working with amazing talented and goal oriented people, Long hours so lots of overtime, Getting to see new places, and there is so much room for growth.

      Cons

      Can’t say that I have noticed many cons so far but if I had to say something I’d say, not a lot of time off and sometimes not a lot of heads up on relocation.

      Pros

      You are treated more precious than gold, appreciated, challenged, supported, given the tools and resources to be successful. Be a motivated, driven, GOOD person and you will fly high.

      Cons

      If you don't like to get dirty, if you can't work long hours, if you are afraid of heights - don't take the job. Surface mining is for those who have massive passion for moving dirt!

      Great opportunity to grown with in the company. And definitely a place your voice matters. Has been a people company that strives for more. Has been expectation for its employees to grown and want more out of life.

      Cons

      The travel can be hard if your not used to it or don’t like to be away from home.
