      Huge lack of management and safety

      Pros

      The pay is competitive for that position.

      Cons

      Huge turnover rate throughout the whole company, including management and HR. No one knows what is going on. Claim safety is their top priority, but slap superintendents and foremen on the back for ignoring safety in the name of production. We were on safety stand downs more then we were actually working.

      - Good initial prospects - Some great team members to work with - Lot of promise(s)

      Cons

      - Terrible communication and zero on boarding - Lots of employees found offer letter changed after they signed it and were told "tough" after raising the issues - Company promises some work/life balance but ends up being all work with no added balance to your checks - Once project is done, you will get fired for no sound reason - Toxic work environment with knives in the back - Management sees employees as tools rather than the lifeblood of the company
