      TMG tries to take care of its employees. This company has given me every opportunity to not only sharpen the skills that I have already, but it has given me the opportunity to learn countless new tools to use.

      Being away from home for weeks at a time.

      Pros

      Growing contact mining biz that has a solid leadership team. If you don't know something, ask, everyone is willing to help. Big on putting you up for a challenge to grow your skills.

      Cons

      Its a young company, they are 5 years old and building new programs and process so you have to an adaptable person when an old policy gets updated to fit where they are going.

      Lots of training. Safe company to work for. Everyone has each other's back. Good people and atmosphere. Nice equipment to work in.

      Cons

      Travel is nice and all but can make you you want to stay at home most of the time. No cons other then that.
