Pros

The co workers I worked with were very supportive and we were all part of the team

Cons

When a management opportunity opened there we’re good TSM that wanted a chance to interview but we’re not given the chance and they just promoted somebody from a different area who never did the job they are now overseeing and the team is not happy They are all looking to leave
