Smaller company for the industry. Easier to make an impact. Management accessible to all.

Cons

The only mission or purpose of this company is to make money. There is no pride in product. No Mission. No values. No culture. They hope to catch the next newest thing so the company can be sold and the executives can cash out stock options.

Where to start: Pay is way below market. No management support. Lack of leadership. Cost cutting and back stabbing to get ahead. Don’t waste your time

The benefits are nice and the hr is nice

Cons

They don't care about their employees, the make changes to a schedule and don't even care to mention it to their employees 2 weeks before it happens so people with other jobs or kids have to figure out really quick what to do.
