3 years have flew and I have grown with Turo, You can grow with Turo too without loosing work life balance.

Cons

Compensation can be better since RSU's cannot be liquidated.

Lots of flexibility. Good CEO. Emphasis on culture, people, & work-life balance. Great benefits especially if you like cars/travel. Entire company gets together twice a year for "turbo week" which is really fun.

Cons

Weak eng leadership. Lots of red tape & obstacles made shipping new features painfully slow. My particular team didn't have a well-established focus, thus we ended up getting pulled into whatever random thing the CTO thought was important at the moment. They have an SF office but it feels like a ghost town except for Wednesdays when they do free catered lunch.
