Pros

The love bombing from 1 mgr all over this page tells all about claims dept at turo. Very toxic and clique culture and management is the worst. The break room and free food is cool and events like turboweek

Cons

I wish mgrs were more included in team growth less invested in personal side businesses.and bragging on Instagram

Pros

- Unlimited FTO instead of accrued PTO - Decent benefits - Great coworkers - WFH available (depending on management) - Bi-annual companywide trip (Turbo Week)

Cons

- Time off has to be scheduled around other team members since only one person per team can take time off at once - Incredibly heavy workload mixed with an understaffed department that experiences a lot of turnover - Mixed signals when it comes to work-life balance, they insist that they want you to take time off and not overwork yourself, but when people inevitably fall behind with the ever increasing workload broken up by unnecessary meetings multiple times a day, they punish you and expect you to work up to 12-hour days and weekends - Turbo Week is just a series of meetings that take up the entire working day, and the department is expected to maintain the same output while also being expected to attend every meeting and be fully present - They claim they’re paying salaries above market value, but for the amount of hours you will inevitably put in here, you’re better off working an hourly job where you’re eligible for OT - Inconsistent management styles, hostile managers are consistently enabled to target and's treat team members badly and receive no coaching from upper management
