Pros

Woman owned business that really values their employees!! Benefits are great! Salaries are competitive! Bonuses are generous! Constantly upgrading platforms and benefits ... including a mental health floating holiday! I joined during COVID, but believe they make every effort to have an inclusive and fun culture even in this remote universe. Management clearly communicates goals.

Cons

Onboarding could be more robust.

Pros

Sales Experience is sales experience. Get to see supply chain first hand.

Cons

Compensation is prehistoric. Commission based but large part of your duties require you to quote, answer, source, all around work for clients who you don’t get paid on. Leaving little to no time to get clients. Also the industry is dying and needs to reinvent itself for modern needs
