      Was lucky and worked with a good group of co-workers.

      Cons

      No Bonuses and No Company Events. Lack of structure and management!! Also, they would not pursue enough projects to keep their employees working!!

      Good pay, good leaders I'm the field.

      Cons

      Lack of safety. Lack of preparation, Lack of management. Would only use 50% ventilation for miles while tunneling/mining. Huge OSHA violations on a daily basis
