If you are looking for a long term job this is your place

Cons

Ran like the good old boy club. Horrible culture. Pay is not competitive. Work their employees to the ground. No training. Terrible workflow. They do not give reviews. Holidays and vacations time are not competitive for the Los Angeles market. Avoid this place. It is not worth the stress. The company would rather hire individuals that are not qualified at a higher pay rate that end up leaving or are terminated then give their current employees opportunities to grow and give them raises.

Great new management that is making changes to the old way of doing things to mainstream way Room to grow within this department Great team to work with Can gain experience and cross train with other departments

Cons

Minimum holidays, vacation, sick days They don’t really give merit increases or raises for your years of experience with them. 3 years and no raise even though I was told it was requested and waiting approval within first year of starting. Some worked there for 10 years with no raise so know your worth and don’t settle for accommodating to a lower salary because they tell you the salary range
