Tutor Perini offers salaries well above the industry standard. However the high salary is offset by expensive health coverage.

Cons

There is little to no communication coming down from corporate leadership to project level management. Typically the majority of information from corporate is obtained from the companies quarterly calls. Expensive Benefits. Lack of company culture and employees feel disposable. Lack of use of current technology and underdeveloped software platforms creates a large amount of duplication and wasted time.
