      There are no pros, except a handful of the Carpenters are real good people to be around.

      Engineers fresh out of college who think they know your job better than you do. Upper management is clueless and should be walking in pampers, or strung out

      They pay on time, sometimes.

      Cons

      60-70 hour work weeks are regular, unexperienced group members, understaffed project, poor financials, consistent employee turnover, HR and Management do not live up to the company's missions, Their cultural atmosphere is poor.
