Everything was good until Ron came along

Pros

Comraderie of coworkers was amazing. Benefits were great for a while. We worked really hard given the constraints by the owner.

Cons

Executive Management never backed up employees or stood up to owner who were letting the architechts and designers run rampid with budget and shortcuts. EM never communicated to employees changes in policies or procedures. Employees don't like to be referred to as minions let alone treated like them.

One of the leading general contractors in the country. Great people who worked there.

Cons

Things started to slip with the downturn of the economy. The work environment changed drastically, and barely any consistent communication was occurring.
