      The company is stable, stable benefits, stable work, no one gets laid off

      Cons

      People are not friendly, the owner of the company yells at everyone. It's a very cold environment. No one celebrates birthdays, no team events, no holidays. No one dresses up for Halloween, no Christmas parties. No bonuses.

      Pros

      Working on a major federally funded infrastructure project 10 vacation days, and really there’s nothing that made it worthwhile working there other than a paycheck, and experience

      Cons

      If you call in sick after a holiday you need a doctors note Heard CEO literally call someone a peon to their face. Never worked somewhere where so many people were unceremoniously fired. Gave two weeks notice, told not to come in the last week, no pay. If I had to do it again I’d just ghost them.
