Many resources are provided through corporate office.

Cons

The company is downsizing, which mean that man people will be laid off. Also the company is in a ton of debt, which leads to raise freeze, no bonuses and low pays.

Gain experience with children at various levels.

Cons

The pay is insulting for certified teachers. I realize the economy isn't doing well, and it's not a public school, but it is too low for the responsibility expected. The student/teacher ratio is too high and often teachers are left for periods without the assistance of aides. The classroom management needs an overhaul, and clear rules should apply even to those who are on govt assistance getting free care.
