Working with the kids hands on. Other than that I Truly cannot thing of one. My time there resulted in severe anxiety and stress due to lack of professionalism.

Cons

Horrible management, does not look out for best interest of employees or customers, stressful environment due to unnecessary drama, management too far removed from actual teaching and working with children

Rooms are constantly out of state ratio. Poor hiring standards. Do no feel respected my director. Pay is low.
