Flexible but a little mundane!

Pros

Flexibility -- As a college student it is really important for me to have a flexible schedule. You always have the option to schedule your hours--but often I opt to log-in and float whenever I have a little bit of free time. This is great if you have a busy, packed schedule.

Cons

The work is a little mundane and heavily monitored. As an English Essay Writing tutor I often encounter many of the same common problems among students. Oftentimes my commentary is similar from one essay to the next. Plus, as this is a remote job, your metrics are heavily monitored.
