Pros

Flexible management that only desires to see the work done. Comfortable and relaxing work/office environment. All you can drink coffee. Managers are willing to work with you to create a schedule of working in the office and/or working from home. Approachable managers.

Cons

You're expected to get your work done! If you're not there to work you won't last. Things can get busy and demanding.
