Pros

Benefits are great. People very nice. Nice offices. Flexible hours. Pay is average to above average for the industry standard.

Cons

Too much chute chat and gossiping. Not enough communication. No realistic plan to improve their falling sales numbers. Too worried about being nice to people and less concerned with doing what needs to be done. People in management roles not well qualified.
