Pros

Having the chance to laugh at their pathetic display of amateur hour management and company culture.

Cons

If you enjoy being micromanaged, this is the place for you. They are the queens and kings of micromanaging. Some might even consider them the royalty of the profession. If you want to interact with Soprano cast rejects, this is also the place for you. Their egos are bigger than Chris Christie, and yet somehow he was even more friendly and approachable after the infamous Fort Lee bridgegate scandal than most employees at Tweezerman, or as they call it, "Tweeza-man."
