-Short runway. When, as a new hire, you will need to endure 6-12 months of intense scrutiny and gas-lightning before you earn your stripes. If you can survive, your job and the company are worth it. -Turn over rate is high. See above. -Knee-jerk company realignment every few months leaves morale lower than it should be
