While some of the management team are really great, other members of the management team are not. They have a tendency to micro manage and want control of everything so they overstep their bounds and create issues where there didn't need to be issues.
Some of the management team can also make a lot of assumptions about people and circumstances and believe their assumptions as gospel without any insight into the people or the circumstance.
This is very much a family company, so there is nepotism that goes on.
