      Pros

      The best part about working here at Two Barrels is the company culture. It is pretty relaxed and we are given a lot of room to self-govern ourselves. The people here are very friendly and there is lots to learn. The company is growing super fast so there is plenty of room for growth in both career and personal developer development (see what I did there).

      Cons

      Parking is a bit tough. There are apparent growing pains that will likely continue as the company tries to develop more structure for the growing work force.
