      Pros

      I have been working as a Software Engineer at Two Barrels for nearly 2 years now and I hope many more. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working here and I wake up everyday excited to go to work. The people here are great, the culture here is great, and the work I do fulfills me.

      Pros

      There are so many talented employees here. There is always something you can be learning from a fellow engineer and everyone is always willing to talk and teach. Everyone here has been nothing but welcoming and friendly, as well as passionate about the software that they write! I highly recommend if you are looking to expand your development skills and learn new things! There is great growth potential here for both career and skillset!

      Cons

      Sometimes it can feel like an information firehose when you are first starting on projects here, especially if it is in an already existing project that has history to it, but even then, the other developers help offset this with help when you need it.

      Pros

      The long time employees are great and most are excellent at what they do and offer great insight for growing professionally.

      Cons

      We’re going corporate, everything is metrics based. The Chief Product Officer pushes new process then doesn’t follow them himself. He’s an old school corporate guy and only knows how to improve by doing what he’s always done, be pushy and show numbers.
