Pros
There are so many talented employees here. There is always something you can be learning from a fellow engineer and everyone is always willing to talk and teach. Everyone here has been nothing but welcoming and friendly, as well as passionate about the software that they write! I highly recommend if you are looking to expand your development skills and learn new things! There is great growth potential here for both career and skillset!
Cons
Sometimes it can feel like an information firehose when you are first starting on projects here, especially if it is in an already existing project that has history to it, but even then, the other developers help offset this with help when you need it.
