- Weekly consultation with co-workers at clinic - Incredibly talented staff - High opportunity for growth

Cons

- lower pay in comparison to other SF mental health startups - high caseload/ high burnout - no matching 401K - no flexibility in schedule - high clinician burnout and turnover - lack of transparency - no flexibility or consideration for the pandemic - preaches better mental health for all but at the cost of the clinician

- The amount of kindness that exudes from this company is astounding. Two Chairs really lives its mission, a welcomed breath of fresh air in Silicon Valley. - So much room for growth - Very accessible leadership team

- LOTS of growing pains! Nothing unique to Two Chairs, but it's definitely going through the usual early stage company issues.

Work with some of the most driven, passionate, and supportive people in any industry. Every IC is set up for success by their colleagues, their managers, and by leadership. Opportunities for ownership are frequent and support from peers and managers are offered proactively, not just given.

Cons

As with any fast-paced startup, direction is often blurry and priorities can shift a lot. Two Chairs is growing quickly and developing new processes can sometimes be onerous but management is cognizant and willing to work with any concerns.
