Pros

Two chairs is very supportive of their parttime therapists. They offer good compensation, great support, and make things as easy as possible for the people working for them. I found my on-boarding process to be very smooth and I have gotten all the support I need along the way.

Cons

I can't think of any!

Pros

Incredible mission & supportive team. You're surrounded by people who are motivated and passionate about their work.

Cons

It's a tough industry to navigate (we're essentially trying to restructure the way the mental healthcare is approached by both clients & health systems), so this can mean often mixed directions for next stages of growth for the company.
