Pros

Genuinely believe that the leadership team cares deeply about both clients and clinicians. As someone who was tasked with recruiting new clinicians to join this organization, it's possible to get disillusioned that what I was selling was too good to be true (which I've felt in previous organizations!), but I always felt that was I telling to candidates was fully backed up by the actions of my manager and the leadership team as a whole. That's the most ringing endorsement I can give, There are shortcomings that everyone not only knows about, but they're actively working hard to change and improve, both for the long and short term outcomes.

Cons

Continue to use data to continue to improve compensation for all clinicians.
