If you view therapy as a science and an art, this likely isn't going to be a good fit for you. They claim to welcome all theoretical orientations, but in practice this is time limited treatment. From what I can tell, Two Chairs CA is beholden to Kaiser. Kaiser per usual wants to spend the bare minimum on mental health, therefore limiting Two Chairs. Additionally, the compensation is extremely low with no room for negotiations at hiring. Further, they make it virtually impossible to get a raise. Despite the low comp, there are high expectations regarding attending meetings, completing trainings, etc. Overall, this gave a micromanage-y vibe. I ended up giving it a try and leaving pretty quickly. There are better ways to make it as a therapist.
