Pros

I don't have any pros

Cons

20% commission can mean you get paid $22 to clean a home, even if you spend 3 hours there you still only made that $22. No work on some days, too much work on others. Some girls were stuck cleaning in homes late into the evening because the manager refused to "reschedule" when working hours are supposed to end at 5. I never had access to the chemicals needed. I always had to ask, but manager wouldn't always be there. Sometimes I would have to clean a toilet with dish soap. No PTO until after a year. Clients were complaining to me that the office would never communicate with them. Manager was giving clients large discounts because he said he didn't think we were good enough to ask for market value.

Pros

We have a great team and system! Designed for people to make as much or as little money as they want. Faith and family friendly atmosphere. We really push each other to become the best versions of ourselves.

Cons

There's still room for improvement and would be nice for turnover to be lower.

Pros

Great management. Way better than the food industry! They really care.will answer any questions.

Cons

Wasn’t use to commission pay but figured it out and it’s great. Actually make more per hour.
