Pros

Flexible scheduling, no weekends or holidays, PTO after one year.

Cons

Many slow seasons with little work, 20% commission, no longer offering bonuses, have to drive your own car, company is money focused and does not care about employees, poor management, expect you to do more than what you are being paid for.

Pay is crap!

Pros

Sometimes you get off early, but that’s because they don’t have enough work.

Cons

-Hard labor -Exhausting -Interaction with people & their annoying demands and if you do anything wrong they can rate you on a 1-10 scale and it affects your commission. If they rate you lower than a 7, you earn minimum wage/hour. -No growth opportunities -Employee Favoritism -Crappy co workers -No benefits -Carrying lots of equipment -Do not have a weekly schedule or even know what you’re doing the next day. -Team cleans earn you less money -Pay is already crap even if you earn full commission -The company counts on customers tipping to supplement the low pay. Such a scam. -YOU COULD WORK AT MCDONALDS AND MAKE THE SAME PAY AND DO EASIER WORK
