You clean nice homes mostly.

Cons

Sometimes they'll give you filthy houses if there's not alot work. They accept any cleaning no matter the condition despite bio hazards being present. Wasn't alot of work because clients started canceling. No backbone with customers. Customers always right. And the pay was like 800 every two weeks if that unless you're a "favorite".

Commission pay wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Clients could be quite rude, a lot of them didn't tip. Management was hit or miss, depending on the day.

Flexible scheduling, no weekends or holidays, PTO after one year.

Cons

Many slow seasons with little work, 20% commission, no longer offering bonuses, have to drive your own car, company is money focused and does not care about employees, poor management, expect you to do more than what you are being paid for.
