Pros

Short days "sometimes". Don't have to work holidays. You get every week off. Other then that nothing.

Cons

Pay is a joke. Management is a joke. Mileage checks are a joke. Don't waste your time get a job at your local gas station it pays better and your not putting wear and tear on your own car. Absolutely no health benefits but requires a doctors note if you happen to get sick. If you don't have a doctors note you get written up.

In the end you may have to fight for your money. I was number 1 cleaner out of all their locations as well sad how they treat their top employees
