Willing to train to and give you a chance when no will. Very nice supervisor and GM. It your finished with your work you able to go home unless your helping another group.

Cons

A lot of the houses were not the worth the pay.

Sometimes short days. Good coworkers (some!)

Cons

Mostly long days for little money jobs. You get paid 20% of each clean. Then you have to pay the government their share. Honestly not worth it. Some of these houses haven't been cleaned in decades, and we are supposed to get them perfect. And dont get me started on the picky weird rich people. This is another franchise job. Just like fast food. Run!!!!

It's hard work but with Pay for Performance, you do get paid for your hard work! So many of our professional house cleaners love that they don't have to work nights, weekends, or holidays. Not for everyone, for sure, but so many love it and have stayed for years!
