Pros

Got off at 1-2 nearly everyday. Had weekends off. Easy work most of the time. You can make a lot of money for doing almost nothing sometimes.

Cons

Driving long distances. Not getting a lot for mileage. Sometimes you will have incredibly long days, or multiple houses spread all over the map. It's very easy to have your pay dropped, too many things affect it.

You can make a lot of money for doing almost nothing sometimes." sounds like a great job to most folks! :) It's not for everyone, for sure, but the Pay for Performance Plan makes certain each employee is paid for their hard work.

Pros

Great competitive pay, management wants to see you thrive so they’ll really work with you and with your schedule. Really friendly clients (sometimes!). You do get reimbursed on gas/mileage. Volunteer weekend jobs and extra pay!

Cons

You have to drive your own car, really takes a toll on your mileage. Depending on your work partner they may not be as reliable as you’d like, or put in the same amount of work as you. Super particular clients but they’re paying for a service so you can’t really complain.
