Pros

Great management and coworkers, outings to bond with coworkers, overall enjoyable job, try to be as flexible with scheduling as possible. I believe this is a great part time job. Good for college students. Learn cleaning tips. Great management makes up for lack of pay.

Cons

You don't get paid hourly, you get a percentage of the price clients pay. This can be a pro or a con. You don't get paid for drive time, and sometimes there's significant drive time. Bi weekly pay. Occasionally, there will be very long days, however most days you'll be done by six or so, sometimes before. To be very honest, you won't make a lot of money working here. Again, I'd definitely recommend this company as a part time job if making money is your number one goal. Good supplemental income.

This is such an amazing group of people to work with. I've been working here 4 years. Sometimes it can be challenging finding the right employees who are fully dedicated to service and understand our values. We want only the best. When employees have the correct work ethics and positive attitude, the sky is the limit!

Cons

Management can be challenging. Finding honest, hard working, dedicated employees is the HARDEST part of our jobs.
