Coworkers are a plus, had great coworkers to make the day go buy much easier.

Cons

Management is terrible!!! Felt very belittled very often. She makes you feel as if she is better than you. Humiliating you the way she will speak to you at times.

Pros

I was promoted to management after only 3 months with the company. Owners, even though they are not here daily are great to us! My direct boss is great and I love the perks I get from the company. The staff is friendly and service oriented. I am happy to have found them and look forward to working with this company for years to come!

Cons

Nothing to complain about (who couldn't use a little more money :)! )

The only pros in working for this franchise, was learning new computer programs, a new business model, and having a few really good employees.

Cons

The owners were extreemly hands off, and they lied about training, and were never interested in considering feedback to improve hiring employees or actually working with you in clients homes. They didn't want to get their hands dirty and clean.
