Lies about pay, withheld pay stubs, unappreciated by management

Pros

Sometimes you got off early and no weekends. You also get a gas check. But it's nothing. They also don't care about the wear and tear of driving your vehicle to all of the jobs.

Cons

Horrible pay, bad attitudes, they wouldn't allow you to receive your pay stub, if management finds out youre going to a job interview they'll fire you on the spot. Sorry I don't want to clean houses all my life. You get paid on how your customers rate you. Which also sucks because you only get like 18 percent of every house you clean IF you get a good rating.

The family-like atmosphere; Having nights, weekends and holidays off benefit my quality of life; growing company - job stability. My teammates are awesome and my boss, Liz makes me feel valued.

Cons

I would like to see some paid vacation time for long-standing employees. I miss our old uniforms - the T-shirts were my favorite!

Pros

I am a man in a mostly woman's work place but everyone i work with has made it much easier then i thought it would be. Also the pay is good and not working weekends saves time for my family. I have only been working here for 2 months and have already established myself as a reputable employee.

Cons

The only con to this job are the long work hours during the week. I wake up at 5 in the morning and don't get home until 8 at night which leaves little time for college work.
