Pros

Short days "sometimes". Don't have to work holidays. You get every week off. Other then that nothing.

Cons

Pay is a joke. Management is a joke. Mileage checks are a joke. Don't waste your time get a job at your local gas station it pays better and your not putting wear and tear on your own car. Absolutely no health benefits but requires a doctors note if you happen to get sick. If you don't have a doctors note you get written up.

Chance to advance within the company. Great pay, appreciation of hard workers. Relaxing family environment.

Cons

No health benefits offered. But there's really not to many companies offering that these days.

Since we switched to commission the pay is great.I can go in for 5 hours and make 100 dollars.My boss Shelley is awesome and understanding. My co workers are like friends. The atmosphere at our little Montgomery office is so peaceful and calm .I give my job a ten .....

Cons

Some of the customers can be a handful.But once they get to know us and we get to know them everything works itself out..
