Pros

There are none. Working for free is called charity, and that is not what I signed up for. Left over a month ago, never got paid.

Cons

I worked with this company for three weeks. They are HORRIBLE. They are unorganized- my schedule often changed 3 or more times EACH DAY. I accepted the position with the contingency that i needed a few specific days off, but I was forced to work them anyway or lose my job. I was never permitted to access my own time card. I never received a paycheck. I left over a month ago and still have not been paid for my work there. After receiving about 30-40 messages a day from the office changing schedules and claiming to have lost data regarding time worked, I can’t believe they keep this place open. After discovering that they have no intention of ever paying me (the manager won’t even answer my calls or messages) I now understand why their turnover is so high. The Manager has also got a habit of firing girls via text while they’re on the job, so be aware of the risk of accepting a job. You work for tips only, no matter what they tell you. There will be no paycheck. You can lose your job for not answering the phone while your cleaning a customer’s house. Don’t work here! And if you’re looking for a housecleaner, know that if you hire this company, those girls are entirely dependent on tips from you.m as they do not get a paycheck. You will drive all over the city, spending more time in your car than you do working. They only pay a few cents per mile and only one way. You do not get paid for time spent in the office.

Pros

You dont have to interact with anybody just clean and go home.

Cons

They dont offer insurance! This Job is a joke and the people working there are lazy. The point of a cleaning job is to clean yet they complain about every house they clean and they do half cleaning. If you are not a fan of animals dont work here. Seems like every house we cleaned had a cat or dog and people dont understand, put your animal up so we can clean. There were many times i would mop a floor then a dog comes running through leaving paw prints. Believe it or not these homeowners would complain to the company about how they still saw paw prints when we left. smh

Pros

I love working Monday-Friday and off all major holidays. Most of the girls are pretty awesome!

Cons

Working your butt off for nothing! Them changing how we get paid 3 times in 4 months!! Paying $80 for our uniforms and if we leave the company we have to return them before we can get our last check!! WITHOUT A REFUND!!!
